Returns policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Should you not be satisfied, please email us at returns@realbuzzstore.com or call our customer services number  on +44 (0)330 0538590 so we may resolve any issues.

If you would like to return, exchange or seek a refund for an item please find advice on how to do this below. 

 

Returns, refunds and exchanges


Returns - you may return your order for a refund (within 30 days of receipt) provided the goods are returned in a resalable condition. You will be provided with a returns label with your purchase, please use this label to return your order. If you have misplaced your returns label, please email us at returns@realbuzzstore.com or call our customer services number on +44 (0)330 0538590 and we will provide you with another one.

Please note; all returns labels will state the the following return address: 64, Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull, UK. B90, 3LP.

 

Exchanges - you may exchange your order (within 35 days of receipt) provided the goods are returned in a resalable condition. To make an exchange please complete the returns label that was provided to you with your purchase. If you have misplaced your returns label, please email us at returns@realbuzzstore.com or call our customer services number  on +44 (0)330 0538590 and we will provide you with another one.

Please note; all returns labels will state the the following return address: 64, Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull, UK. B90, 3LP.

Please note: we need to receive the products you’d like to exchange before replacements can be sent.

Postage fees for returns and exchanges 

You are responsible for the costs of any return or exchange with the exception of points (a) and (b) below.

We will pay the costs of return:

(a)       if the products are faulty or misdescribed; or

(b)       if you no longer would like the products as we have told you of an upcoming change to the product or these terms, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong;

in all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return. We advise that you use a recorded method of carriage for returning your goods. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed on their way back to us. In the event of a lost parcel, you, as the sender are responsible for processing a claim.

Returning faulty, damaged or goods delivered in error

If you have received faulty, damaged or goods delivered in error, as set out above, we will pay the costs of return or exchange if notified within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at returns@realbuzzstore.com or call our customer services number on +44 (0)330 0538590 and we will provide you with a paid method of return. Any outgoing postage fees that were paid when placing the order will also be refunded if you have received faulty, damaged or goods delivered in error.

Refunds

We will refund you the price you paid for the products including the standard delivery cost, if you have chosen to upgrade your delivery only the standard cost will be refunded, by the method you used for payment.

All refunds will be processed via your original method of payment for the price of the goods, excluding postage. Refunds will be processed within 7 days on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note: returned items will only be refunded if they are in a resaleable condition.
